very bad cartoons!

To be honest I think the cartoons that hold that type of content are actually made for older viewers. If you pay attention to the jokes found in them, you will find that they will be found funny by those of a higher intellect. But I must admit, that the fact that the shows are animated.. does capture the attention of the kiddos. Yet, I feel that the responsibility falls upon the parents to monitor what the kids are viewing.

I do believe there are some very bad cartoons on these days and don't allow my grandchildren to watch a lot of them. I'm afraid however that I can't say much for some of the older ones either - two that come to mind are Tom & Jerry, and The Roadrunner, both of those were very violent but they didn't have the swearwords found today.
