Midori days is a story about a girl named Midori who is really fascinated with a high school boy named Seiji. Midori used to see Seiji on a train station, she wanted to confess her to love to him but she's unable because she is shy and afraid that Seiji might reject her. Seiji is one of the juvenile delinquent kid out there who loves to fight other students. He was known to have the right hand of the devil because he punch like hell, a really strong punch and could knock you out! One day, Seiji found that his right arm turned to be a small lady, Midori possessed his right hand. He is now unable to use his devil's right hand and the story began. How do you find this anime series?

I like how midori loves seiji kun a lot. BUt she seems like different habit when she become seiji's right hand and become 'real' midori. lol I read it at the first time at shonen star magazine and serach for it anime. ^^ wehehe I found all series ^^

I agree, I also observed that. When Midori become Seijis hand, she become agressive and very loving to him. In the end, she felt like she lost something very important and I guess it her memory of Seiji, the time they are together. Still, in the end they managed to meet each other and able to have a date. The series is very funny and very sweet.

Midori no Hibi - Seiji and Midori from "Midori no Hibi" anime series
Yes, I've seen it and found it really cool. It was funny and sad in some episodes and even though it's a small series it had great situations like confusions, relationships and things like that (I'm not gonna spoil, lol). I just think it could be a little bigger than it was because 13 episodes are not much to make an history.

Well, blindedfox said that the series missed a lot. Maybe you can ask blindedfox for more. Im trying to find a Manga of Midori Days so I can check those missed parts. You are right, its hard to make a history with only 13 episodes. They could have atleast stretched it to 30 episodes and focus more on how they became sweet to one another and how they became lovers in the end.

There are anime with less than 13 episodes that really made its mark in the anime world. A good example is Iriya no Sora. It only has 6 episodes, but it was a hit in Japan. Also, Hanbun no Tsuki ha Noboru Sora is a popular anime with only 6 episodes.

Same here, I watched that anime series by accident. If my recollection is right, I guess I was waiting for another anime series but Midori Days was just starting its first episode. There were no other TV programs that I want to watch, so I just watched this series. But as the anime begun, I saw something interesting. A girl who fell in love with a delinquent juveninle kid! Thats really something and that just started. When Midori became Seiji's right hand, whewww, thats really interesting.

Ahaha same here. I was actually religously watching every episode of Chobits in Animax. Chobits is aired every Wednesday and Midori no Hibi Wednesdays. I thought it was already Thursday so I tuned in. To my surprise, Midori no Hibi was shown. I watched it anyway because I've waited for the time. From there, the rest is history. My favorite line: "Situuuuuraiiiikuuu!" (Striiiiiiike!) - Seiji

I loved this anime. Midori is just soooo cute. =) It is touching and hilarious at times (especially the parts with Seiji's sister LOL). Too bad it is only 13 episodes. They have left out so many things from the manga. =(

I havent read the Manga for Midori, maybe you can give us some insights why they miss those parts and what are those missed parts you were talking about? If there are missed parts, the series should have been longer. It may have reached atleast 25 episodes. I guess someone is also interested about those missed parts.

Well, one major part is Ayase's attempts at Seiji. In the anime, there was an episode when Ayase tried to score on Seiji. I think she did around 4 attempts (the theater, the swimsuit shop, the autumn path, and at her house). In the manga, she did lots, i mean LOTS, of other ways to hit one Seiji. She even used a Love Potion in the manga.

Yeah! The series was really good and very interesting. It has few action because its a story of teenage romance. An interesting issue here, blindedfox just said that there were parts in Manga that were missed on the anime series.

I've seen Midori Days, from the beginning to the end. It's hilarious at times but most of it makes you wonder. The starting of the anime is the catch because Midori became Seiji's right hand. Doesn't that indicate that Midori will be part of Seiji's life in the future? By the way, I love Seiji's sister. Some heck of an attitude. LOL. Mostly I'd give a good rating on this anime. Worth to watch, full of good life's lesson. Somebody you thought that he is bad, doesn't mean that he's rotten all over.

Its really nice to know that someone actually watched this anime series. Yeah! I agree that this anime series is worth to watch. The anime series have illustrated that we should not judge the book by its cover, we should know the story behind the STORY. Most people judge others by their appearance or by first impression. I am also interested with Seiji's sister, she's really agressive. I really like it when they went to the hotspring, she was bathing with Seiji like it was nothing, that episode was really cool because I had the chance to see her bathing. She's really hot!

It is really cute because of midori and she is a funny girl especially when she became the right hand of Seiji she just have the guts to express her true feelings for Seiji and became brave and strong enough to help Seiji all the time especially when he really cannot use his right hand midori is always there to help him anytime.
