Whew, I love food and all the eating stuff! I'm not a picky person and I don't have allergies of any kind towards food. I often cook at home. In the morning at around 7:00am, when everybody is busy for school and work, I prepare the meal for breakfast. Often we had rice(ofcourse, because its our staple food), fried eggs, dried fish and sauted vegetables. When I'm home all alone or even at work, I had my snack of sandwich and softdrinks at around 10:00am. Then, lunchtime at around 12:00nn with rice and 1-2 viands. Sometimes, when I can feel that I'm still hungry I grab a snack of anything I feel like eating at around 3-4pm.Dinner time comes at around 7:30pm. So there it is, in one day I eat 5-6 times. Too much, isn't it? That's why I'm gaining weight. I'm into loosing extra weight as of now.:))

Hi Datir, I have no set time for eating, and generally consume organic materials about 4 times in each 24 hour period. I supplement this with copious amounts of coffee dissolved in hot water with sugar and skim milk (must watch the pounds, don't you know)... And just for info, I make sure each day to have a specific "breakfast", "lunch" and "dinner", with fruit and yoghurt OR fruit and oats for breakfast, grain foods and fresh vegetables and fish or eggs for lunch, and perhaps pasta and cooked vegatables for dinner - and one other meal. Although none of these adheres to a particular schedule, because I generally sleep when I need to and only eat when not asleep. This IS an important subject, because across all cultures, the people that universally exhibit the greatest longevity are the ones who habitually eat the LEAST.
