The best meal I ever head was the time my hubby took me to a nice restaurant. I was about to sit down, but he started to take the seat I had picked out. I thought to myself "Oh well Ill just go sit on the other side." I started to move and he said. What are you doing?" I told him what I was doing and he laughed and said "I was pulling your chair out for you so you could sit". He had never done that before so I was shocked. The whole meal was romantic there was candles and music. At the end of the meal he handed me a little box and inside was a beautiful necklace with the inscription: "I love you always." That was the best meal I ever had and will always remember it.

wow that's unbelievably hard to answer... I think for me it would have to be this last apecial meal with my husband, our 6 month anniversary dinner... We've been married this long and wanted to celebrate. He took me to my favorite buffet restaurant, and we ate, had a couple of drinks and just relaxed together... I think there are many reasons it was so nice, one we were alone, which doesn't happen a whole lot anymore, another it was a nice meal with great conversation, and it was so genuinly romantic. i think that's why it was so special. It might be nice to know what yours was? Peace and love Ash

You are doing a lot of difficult question! Well, are you talking about food or atmosphere or both? Maybe about place, maybe about the people. The only thing that I can say for sure that it was a neal of Italian food, no chances for other. I love Italian food!

i think my beat meal out would be the one that i had with my co-volunteers for Earthwatch. it was a pool dinner. we ate lamb and baked fish. i this one of the best as this was my first time to eat lamb (hopefully not the last). it was cooked just right. it was a very good meal. and we also had fun sharing our day's experiences.

I think for me it's Cajun food because when I had been to the US I always had something like a junk food, and not tasty. When I went to New Orleans and had Cajun food, it was really good for me. I could think of Thai food because they are both spicy. =)

If you're actually talking about a great time spent out eating, and jnot the food itself, it was probably some of the meals at McDonald's that I had with one of my best friends and her young son. We used to go out nearly every week and eat there, so just thinking back to the fun that we had is a really fond memory. If you're talking about the actual food, it would probably be the time that I went to this buffet I can't even remember the name of, with my then best friend. It was a place that was relatively new in town, and I'd never been and have never been back, but they had the most _amazing_ desserts and you could take anything you wanted, since it was a buffet deal - and I've been to several other buffet chains in my life, as I love those types of places, and had never seen desserts of this caliber! I think back to that place sometimes and would *love* to go back if it's still there, but I can't really have sugar anymore (except in small amounts) so I might as well forget it *laugh* But I still think back to that day... whew. YUM!

I had babybacks ribs from Tony Roma's restaurant. The best ribs they make in town. We were celebrating my birthday with my co-workers, we had so much fun and enjoyed the meals very much.
