Do you pay your baby sitter first or at the end of the week.

I used to keep my nephews when their mom used to work. I hate to say but I will never keep them again. I never got paid. My sis is law owes me $200 but Im sure she forgot about it already. How can she forget to pay the baby sitter who keep her children. How do you guys work with your babysitter if you have baby sitter for your child/ren

Thanks for your response. I dont mind babysitting for them, even it free. But my sister in law told me how much she would pay me so I did expect her to pay when she get her paycheck. I thought about asking her than I didnt want the fight either. I learned my lessons.

If i ever get a babysitter which isnt very often i pay them when i get home, before they leave. I done alot of babysitting when i was growing up and normally i was paid on the day although there was one lady who asked me to come in everyday and she paid me when she got paid from her work!
