My most favorite is "Little Earthquakes" because it's the first one I heard. I was at my cousins house when I was visiting her in Ohio. She was at school. I put the CD in and got out a new journal. The music touched me and I could relate to it so well. I played it over and over and filled a whole journal while she was at school.

My fave is Boys for Pele. It always seems that everyone forgets that one, but I whenever I need a release I listen to that one.

I don't forget Boys for Pele. It's not my most favorite but I do love it. There are a lot of good songs. In fact "Caught a Lite Sneeze" is the only song my fiance likes by Tori.

I absolutely love listening to the Beekeeper album, so many songs on there that help put me in a great mellow mood. I like to pretend I am singing along with her.

Y Kant Tori Read, i managed to get hold of it on ebay - yes a bootleg, but still a really good album and honestly, she says it does not reflect on what she wanted to do musically, but you can still clearly tell it's tori, and those little bits in some of the songs that are trademark, if anyone cam check out Etienne, and Fire on The Side, my two faves. She's known to still use a song from this album live, - COOL ON YOUR ISLAND. :)

I don't like the version of "Cool on Your Island" that is on the CD but I do love it when she performs it live.

okay, i am not a tori fan. But i saw the name tori amos and my wife loves her, so i asked her. She's saying Choirgirl Hotel. LOL it may just be the first one she ever bought and so it's the one that impressed it upon her the most. She doesn't like as much of tori's new stuff, but she thinks little earthquakes was awesome.

Thanks for the response... yeah it seems to be that way sometimes... you tend to like the album you first hear the most.

I really love "Little Earkquakes" too! It was also the first I heard. I still relate to it to this day. I play it so much that my husband knows the words to the songs!

As much as I have a soft spot for "Little Earthquakes", I really think my favorite has to be "Scarlet's Walk." It's hard not to get drawn in immediately by "Sorta Fairytale", and from there she never lets you down. I especially love the melodies on this CD.

Mine is also Little Earthquakes. It has the two songs I first heard from her, which I downloaded as I liked the lyrics to them being Girl and Silent all these years. It was the first album I brought from her after I did a bit more exploring. Its an album that has kept me company in tough times, and still definetly one of my most played albums in general.

I like "From the Choirgirl Hotel." I think I am attached emotionally to the songs. They speak to me on such a personal level.
