We get so busy creating discussions that we forget to respond to those that are in need of what we created. It is important to mark the best responses, give persons a + or a minus - for their response. Tell me are you on the Ball? We need your responses

Hi iron_cider! That was a good and friendly reminder to both old and new member who are so busy catching up with the number of post. Before that I was so new I really didn't know how to rate or even mark as best response I have to make private message to old members who are in my friends list to help me out because a 2 week old discussion should have resolve with the selection of best response and I have to go back to all discussion I responded and rate them took me a day to finish it lol! Some members are really need to be reminded of thier responsibility to other myLot member. Nice topic.

I didn't even know you could give a rating like that on a response! I learn something new here every day. I'll have to go back to my discussions and rate them. UGH! That will take some time, and I have only started 5 discussions in the time I've been a member. I don't start many discussions, but the ones I start are important to me. They might not be to someone else, but they matter to me and I look at each response carefully. I do respond to a great deal more discussions than I ever would dream of starting. I like to offer opinions or advice when I have something that seems relevant to the discussion at hand.
