Please share how your workplace/situation was similar to events from the book Animal Farm. I used to work at a place a couple years ago that underwent a huge management shift. All the executives resigned in less than a 9 month period. The other managers either stepped up one spot or they stepped out. Even though there were multiple people with C level titles, one in particular took control (and it wasn't the CEO). The new execs that stepped in to replace the ousted lot slowly ended up perpetuating the problems that led to the demise of those that they replaced. It's funny how people seem to easily one's vision seems to change once they are on the top looking down.
