i prepared pinakbet & crispy fried bangus with sukang pinakurat & tomatoes with rice for our dinner last nite even if we are here in the east coast U.S.
we always prepare adobo too the CPA ( chicken Pork Adobo ) & even fish paksiw with ampalaya every time we can drop by an asian store we'll go a pinoy fiesta cooking at home specially if weekends :)

mmm.....Tasty question.. :) currently in my table is some breads and roast chicken..mmm roast chicken ! i like it .
