working with another people (employee) or make your own bussiness??

what do you think about looking for money for living?? we all need the money. the way to make money is working. we had a chance to go to school,when we graduate,of course we have to use what we have been learned in school. to a better living and some experience. which one you prefer,working with another people (being employee) or try to start your own bussiness?? for me,i rather choose make my own bussiness so i can do all of my bussiness by myself,just like i want it to be. it's not easy,making own bussiness is harder than just be employee. coz it need a hard spirit,hardwork,support (mentally and financial). working with another people means a lot too actually but if you dare to make your own bussiness it'll be more estimable! one thing for sure when start our own bussiness,we should have big heart and brave to falling,coz it ain't easy!

Well, being employee with a company (reputable) usually we would get some benefit, security, and monthly fix income. While having our own business, sometimes, we have to work even harder than the rest of the people, to get the income fix for every month.
I myself don't mind having my own business, because I could manage my own time of work. But I guess, not everybody would feel the same way.
