Please Someone help with html

i have a blog and google adsense have accpeted me and given me the code but i need help with the html coding, all it needs is to be put in but i dont know where to put it. I am begging someone to help me. There will be incentives

i dont have a blog but i think it is easy to insert the html code. templates are already provided all you need to do is to copy and paste the code.
