I just started a dance stretch class at our junior college. Twice a week, we do yoga stretches. Tomorrow is day #3.
I used to love to do yoga at home for fun and relax too. I will start again soon. Used to help me with my painful sore shoulders from working all night at the bookstore!
I love yoga. How different is pilates? I've always wanted to know :)) if you know...

A friend of mine does pilates. I'm not sure how different they are, but she swears by it. She said she toned nicely while doing her program.
I do yoga at home for fun and relaxation.
I took a folk dancing class last fall that was incredibly fun. I'd love to take something like that on a regular basis.

I've been going to yogaclass for the past 3 years in our local community centre. And I try to practice at home.

I have never taken a formal class, but I have a great dvd with Rodney Yee teaching that I use. He's an excellent instructor.

I never tried YOGA but would like to. I hear that it is good for stress and also a good way to relax and meditate. I think I would really enjoy it and get a lot of benifits from it.

You should check it out. There are a lot of great programs you can buy on DVD. I love the Gaiam programs. They're very peaceful and the instructors are incredibly knowledgable. It really does aid in meditation and I feel more relaxed now that I'm doing yoga regularly again.
