Did it have a name? Mine was a stuffed dog that my mother had bought me. I named him Rufus. I still have him.

I had a stuffed monkey and called him 'monkerjunk' (no idea how that name came about :-) I still have him, but he is showing signs of definite wear as he was hugged ALOT w! My daughter's is a blue & green bear which she has had for 5 or so years and will not sleep without him (she is 9).

I was more interested in my lego set, I loved building and construction and would spend hours and hours just building different things, I loved building houses then putting extensions on them. I would then have my toys cars which I would park in the garages adjoining the houses. I still have that lego set now, although at my parents, I couldn't part with it!

Yeah. First it was a plastic dinosaur(no name), then a teddy bear in different colors (blue, green, yellow), still no name. Then I received some stuffed bears (a family) my favorite was the baby. We named it after me. I still have them (the dinosaur I've lost it). But now I have a stuffed cute little dog too, called Plushu. I love stuffed animals (toys).

I didn't spend a whole lot of time playing with indoor toys as a child. I was too busy playing outside with my friends; i.e. playing in the sandbox, tag, riding bikes, and so forth. But, I do remember having a stuffed dog that we named Wrinkles because it had wrinkles on its nose. He would always be the family dog when we played house. I also had numerous cabbage patch dolls that I'd take with me everywhere, even the grocery store.

I was about 9 years old before I had a store bought toy. My Grandma bought me a nurse doll holding 2 little babies. I still remember opening the present. I was so happy. I named her "Jane". I know that is not very originial but hey what can I say? I did have paper dolls to play with before that. We made them from the Aldens Catalog. We cut them out and pasted them on cardboard boxes to make them stand up. We then cut out clothes for them from the catalog. We used milk to paste them to the cardboard. We always reaised our own cattle so milk was always on hand.
