according to NCEP, males with more than 40 inch and females with more than 35 inch waistline are into the risk of developing heart disease sooner or later. abdominal obesity is the root of many illnesses like hypertension, obesity, heart disease, mental ill health.....
so, get conscious guys, check your waist circumference and get going to settle for less. it's now or never.
mine is 28, what about you??

I wish your 7 yr old spoils, spills, scatters and throws tantrum more and more and your new born pukes with much finese. And guess what, you will get increasing busy with bending, stooping and kneeling putting things in place. At the end of the month, you will have a reducing waist line, I am sure.
*laughs*

I am sure you will. But do not push yourself too hard. Be conscious and health oriented and take care of your babies. I am sure running after them would give you a good bit of trimming. lol..

I have a 25 inch waist but I should really get it back to a 22 lol. I am putting on a bit of weight because of a lot of computer work. I am taking up swimming though this week, I went and bought myself a bathing suit so off I am going to the swimming baths and I have upgraded my diet to lots of veggies and no eating starch after the lunch hours. Also drinking lots of water and doing stomach and butt crunches lol, 100 of them a day. I need my husband!! Now that's another exercise I have been missing out on lol..hahahhahha

Had i seen this topic some two months back, i would have said 36 inches of abdomen, but now with high BP resurfacing in me, and out of compulsion of my parents i go for a walk in the morning..the combination of the above two factors have resulted in the decrease of my abdomen to 34 inches..
May be at present i am out of risk? Am i safe Mimpi..

I am a 26 inch waist used to be a 36-24-36 but have put on a couple of inches over the holidays. I normally don't put on much weight during the holidays but as we get older these things happen!
