roasted chicken lola. =D i love KFC's roasted chicken. i can even eat the whole, i guess. i like it spicy and sweet. there are restaurants that serves chicken as their main meal but but just few of those place serves better. but anyway, chicken is my favorite so whatever or however they cook it, as long as its chicken -- ive got no problem. =)

When it comes to chicken, I practically eat almost any recipes of it. But überly like it when fried.

As far as the taste goes I much prefer fried chicken, especially the extra crispy at KFC. But for the sake of keeping my weight down and my health, I will generally eat baked or roasted chicken. Fried chicken is just too loaded with calories and fat. you can get almost a week's worth of fat in 1 meal there!
