What is the difference of a friend to a true friend?

For me a friend is someone who you enjoy hanging out with and talking to often, but a true friend is someone who will tell you anything and someone you can tell anything to someone who you will call before all others someone who you are very comfortable with someone who will never hurt you on purpose to me thats what a true friend is.

Yes I really agree with what you have said. You can test also your friend if they are your true friend in times of trouble. But theres a people whom you only like to be with in going out but you did not like to tell your problem for you know your relation is not yet that deep.

i dont know abt friend but true friend is one who walks in when entire world walks out. friend is true dont add true to that.
