buying 2nd monitor tips

Here a some tips to buy a second hand monitor: 1.You shold check the produce date at the back of monitor, you shouldn't choose a too old one. 2.If the cover of the monitor is Smeared you should forget it 3.Test the monitor: If it can work at 1024X768 and 86Hz refresh rate : OK 4.You should choose the monitor which is steady light and you check the colour at 4 corner of the monitor. 5.Turn on and turn off the monitor many time if th monitor turn on too slow that mean the lamplight is too old, you shouldn't choose it 6.Check the abilily of all the button.
