Could you give 3 reasons of why you are continually staying in MyLot, and another 3 disadvantage you find in MyLot. Personally, I feel that the 3 reasons for me are: i. It has become my hobby, passion, and profession in staying in MyLot as an online user ii. I love the topics that are discussed around, they are useful, informative, and insightful. I am here to gather knowledge, advises from others, and information form all over the world. iii. People here are generally good, and gives good advises to others. They are genuine in sharing information to everyone. There is little holding back of information from everyone. I have been rated well every now, and then. I am happy over here. Disadvantages are: i. Users can posts unlimited discussions, that may cause spam that is being traffic every hour. ii. People can give ratings for all they want with little, or no justification of the comments posted. This may post as threat for people being bullied as they post offensive, or different opinion from the petty user. iii. Every hour, there are hundreds, or even thousands of discussions posted on MyLot, users have very little ability to see new discussions, that may be good for, others to comment on. That would post as a waste of time, in posting that discussion for that user. With these, I hope that my discussion will be responded to, and not become dead after a while. I am always holding back posting new discussion, that is because I am always disappointed with the responses.

I find most questions rather stupid. "What's your favorite color?" "What's your pets name" blah blah blah blah .... To me this is all very sad. I have yet to figure out why so many are here. It seems that the promise of money has really limited the intelligence of some users. I do exclude my self from this group as I came here just to see what the hub bub was. I wasn't impressed.

If you take the time you can find some real gems in and amongst the crap. I agree that there is too much crap, and there are too many people here who are here just for the money. The sad thing is that these people don't bother to actually read and follw the rules, because if you do really follow the rules the money you earn will get better. If everyone could just realize that mylot pays for quality and not quantity, the site would be a much better place. There are some really great people here who start really intelligent discussions, it just takes a little time to find them, but once you do, it is terrific.

Surprisingly, I realized that most of the responses people are getting are from the questions that are easily answered based on individual preferences like what are your hobbies, past times, favorite stuffs. Consider that as part of human research based on different nationalities, race, and culture. Looking at that pespective, we will be able to recognize that there are differences in every individual. What some of the poster, like myself appreciate, is that there is a continuality in the discussions. I would hate to see a thread killer in my discussion as many of us believed that our discussions are unique, and are good discussions to discuss about. The enquiring of preferences does not limit the intelligence of users, infact, it prompts the user to think about him, or herself. Simple questions like how, what, why, when you feel about... happiness, love, favorite hobbies are open ended questions that stimulates not only the users' thinking, but as readers, we have to identify, and recognize that this is part of human behavioral, and most of these are known to us as uncomplicated conversations, or discussions. Speaking of impresion, perhaps what you may be looking at is expertised knowledge, based on opinions by professional communicators, speakers, thinkers, philosophers, or probably even scientist? Or probably, you could define what kind of discussions would be impressive to you? Politics? Law? Doctrines? Or maybe history? Fortunately, or unfortunately, some of us are just students, house-maker, personel taking MyLot as a hobby to have fun, share experiences, and looking for problem-solvers to help us out with our troubles, there probably isn't much 'hub bub' you are looking for. Well, I understand that redundant discussions are posted every now, and then by people who just want the earning part, but would us, as seriouos users, really want to spend our precious time, posting to others non-intelligent discusions, just for the sakes of that 2-3 cents worth of money?
