Anna Nicole gives Daniel everything in her will

She wrote her will in 2001 and in that she states that Daniel (who also is dead) will get it all. They are now looking into how valid the will is.
What do you think? Who shoudl get it all? The daughter? If she does - who will be her guardian of the money?

Her only living child should get it by default. The problem I have, is the money she was fighting over with her late husband's family in a seprate account from the funds she earned herself or are these mixed together?
This is an odd strange story I can't take my eyes off of.

I also read all i can find about this, I just wish for the child that it will be over soon!
