Breastfeeding in public

I was just wondering why so many people have a problem with us breastfeeding in public. This is the healthiest thing for a baby! When we go to a restaraunt we are there to eat so whats the big deal of nursing a baby at the table? What are your views?

I think it should be allowed. You can do it discretely so nobody even knows. I myself have done this and they think you are just holding your baby. Most people don't even know you are actually feeding them. I think a lot of people just like complaining about any little thing.
