Why is this happening to me?

I have tried several times to respond to a post and every time a message comes up under the text box reading "please post a response" as if the box is empty. I have tried over and over again on this same topic (good thing I copied my text), even added extra text in case it wasn't accepting my copied text. Has this happened to anyone at all? This is the first time this has happened to me and I can't respond to the discussion at all. I even wonder whether this discussion will post.

mylot is very particular about cussing and even the minor cussing or derogatory comments. Just be careful with the words you choose because that's what's causing the problem.

I don't believe there was mature content to the post. It was about when you had your babies. I went and posted on another discussion as a test. Then I went back to it and it worked, though I may have gone out of the website first and gone back in.

It just happened to me as I answered this post...2 nights ago I lost 4 very well detailed and thoughtful posts..I didn't have the foresight to save my text so just left the sight after the 4 tries...very disappointing...then I responded to your post and it did the same thing ...this is post # 2 to this question....so sorry we are having this trouble

That happened to me a few times just before Mylot would upgrade.... so far it hasn't happened in a while, so I'm not worried, It's just another computer and website glitch.

Yes this happened to me the other day. It use to happen the odd time before I hit 500 and I would lose the whole post and have to retype it. I think the other day I just copied it and then went right out and back in and it went through.

this happened to me a few times before in the past and i always didn't know why it was like that, it's just happened to me again before exactly the same message came up, then i pressed preview message and then it said it couldn't post as i needed to change to mature content or something in my profile, so when i ticked that box, it allowed me to post my response in then! have you tried that because that could be the problem, if not then i don't know why this is happening to you.
