what kind of creature is this?

It looks like a cockataoo, you know the bird that Baretta used to have. They can talk and eat bird food, especially fruits and nuts.

This picture looks like an Umbrella Cockatoo. They are the only cockatoo that can raise and lower their crest at will. It may be a young one, or a Pygmy cockatoo. They look very much like the Umbrella Cockatoo but are only about half the size when full grown. They eat various fruits, nuts and vegetables. They also eat bird pellets and seed. They also have the loudest voice of all the cockatoos. When they are agitated and start "yelling", they can be heard up to 2 blocks away. I actually have an Umbrella Cockatoo and my daughter heard her yelling from her friend's house 2 blocks away. She came home to investigate and found a wild bird perched on the windowsill outside that my bird was yelling at.
