How do you sleep at night?

I always sleep on my back or my side... curled up in a ball or sometimes twisted (half on my stomach and half on my side... I'm sure that doesn't make sense). I can't sleep on my back. For some reason, it usually makes me dizzy. It's strange.

I sleep on my ventral side (stomach). Only when I can't sleep, I swich positions and see which puts me to sleep.

I usually sleep on my side curled up in a ball. I also have one cat beside me and another down by my feet.

I usually sleep on my side. I'm more comfortable that way but also heard it's the best for you. Sleeping on your stomach is supposed to be bad for your back and sleeping on your back is bad for your organs.

I don't know what about you guys, but I normally sleep in my bed. Sleeping in my stomach? Well, have to confess I've never ever tried that one or even thought of trying it. Maybe I will someday =O

I always sleep on my side i the fetal position. I'e tried to change positions but I always go back to the old way. It's the only way I can sleep.

when im super tired , i sleep at my back. but when its ordinary days, i usualy sleep on the side ways.. ;-)

A usually always sleep on my stomach, If I sleep on my side I have to hold a pillow to my stomach for comfort and security. If I do happen to roll on to my back my husband tells me I snore. Of course I do not believe him. Ha Ha !
