Horoscope bulls?

My horoscope is Libra and i often read my star readings in newspaper and magazine. Somehow they seemd to be quite accurate but if you look at other star signs, somehow their readings might applies to you too. I realise that most horoscpes reading are merely generalization.

The horoscopes in papers and magazines are so generalized that it can be easy to match things up.
To get a really accurate horoscope you would need one done with your full birth information.
And then remember this is about influences, that can occur in your life not absolutes.

And science keeps trying to stop the dying one day.
At first I didn't put much faith in astrology I mean how could there be only 12 kinds of people in the world.
Then I realized it is not one thing, but when the signs are combined.
there are the 12 sun signs, but these will alter some what when the 12 moon signs are influencing a person, and both are altered when the 12 rising signs are brought into the mix, and it continues with Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, as well as other factors.
So constantly combining 12 x 12 x 12 x 12 x 12 etc you then have more than just 12 types of people.
One woman I know has 2 sons born on the same sun sign, but the differences in their personalities and who they are is evident. THen when you add the mix of their different moon and rising signs, their signs actually match them very well.
But if you take just the one factor just the sun while there are some aspects, they arenot quite right, once you factor in the other influences then they do match better.

just like you said, horoscopes are broad generalizations. while you might think thats a bad thing it really isnt. if horoscopes said something very specific you would be so tuned into seeing what it said to see/do that you might be missing other opportunities.
they are meant to help keep your mind open to new possibilites and to try and see things from a different perspective.
