How to keep track of responses / myLot

I know that when I start a discussion i get an email telling me someone responded to it. But if I respond to a discussion started by others, and someone else comments on my response i do not get an email. is there a way to be alerted when somone comments on my responses?

I always make it a point to first check the discussions i've responded to, that's basically what i'm doing. It keeps me on the right track. (",)

Thank you for your response :-) I do too. If people comment a short while after i responded i catch it by checking the discussions I've responded to. But after a while here I've taken part in lots of discussions. Sometimes someone comments on my responses a long time after i made it - thats when i miss them, and would like an alertsystem.

I do not think that there is a feature such as this unfortunately although i agree that it would definately come in handy. I know that i feel badly when i do find out that i recieved a comment on my response as i never answered them back!
