do u find time to exercise?

noadays none is conscious of their health and so what happens...they take madicines to improve their health!for a gud health,20 to 30 minutes exercise is very neccessary!

It is hard, but do try, even if it's just a small amount several times a day. You do not have to be a sports freak.

Alas, this is the only wish that is is not fulfilled these days; I always plan to do some exercise but the hectic life style will never allow; but regular breaks during work or study time work well.

Yes.... I use to do exercise atleast half an hour daily.... its really keeps me energitic thro out the day...

i don't believe madicines can improve healthy.the most important thing that can improve your health is exercise and have a good habit in life.

yeah i agree and i have realized it just few days bak only n now i m given half hour to it
