I'm having the same problem, I have about 3 pages of unresolved questions just because there are no answers! And as far as my friends, when you select, "Discussions my friends started" there should be a filter allowing you to see their unanswered questions! That would make things so much easier.

Now that's what I call a good idea!! It certainly would save a lot of trawling through as there just aren't enough hours in the day for posting, responding and checking friends discussions and so on and so on..... so little time!! hope mylot read this suggestion, well done!!!

Yes, I know what you mean, I´ve still got 1 or 2 discussions with no answers. In the beginning I felt a bit embarrased about it, but then I just thought that there are so many discussions being posted here at all times that mine just didn´t get noticed. It doesn´t necessarily mean that nobody was interested in your post. Does that make you feel less of a ninny?

I know what you mean....doesn't happen to me often because as you see I don't start many discussions but I think is normal to the people with many topics.Exactly because I don't like this felling many times I try give response to topic with no response.I don't know if you earn anything from only one response (some people told that you must have more than 10 for earn)but again is nice you have even one than nothing.Filakia.

hell yanjiaren!. i think that you shouldnt be embarassed with your discussions which generated no responses because it is perfectly normal. see not all of the things that interest us may interest someone else. and maybe that discussion havent reached they sight of the people which can relate to that particular discussion. there are many reasons why and it is purely conicidental that a discussion may have no response.. hey!. all of us 70 thousand plus people here generate discussions everyday and we generate 2 or 3 and all that and the discussions are overwhelming that some are really left out.. i also have discussions which have no responses but when i check it from time to time i find that the number of my discussions with no responses are decreasing.. in time all of your discussions will generate a reply.. just wait for it.. well there are people like you that dig out friends discussions to help out and i think that is a nice thing to do!.

yanjiaren, I will have to take a look and see if I can contribute to your discussions so that you can at least have 1 response.:) I don't have any that have zero responses, but I have 1 that only has 1 response and it bugs me everytime I go into my unresolved discussions. :) I keep telling my daughter to go in there and add a comment to see if I can't get it back to the board but she never does. LOL KIDS!!! So I will leave here and see what I can do for you.

Maybe because people think you are copying other peoples discussions is the reason why you aren't getting many responses. People like to answer original interesting discussions and not ones they have answered before

I know why some of my discussions went with 0 responses, I started them before I had any friends on myLot, and I had not responded enough for people to know me, and want to respond to me. I also started during a stupid discussion era, when we all were answering, Do you like coke? What is your name? discussions. I have hope that some of my friends will look for my zero response discussions, or I could go in and say something else on them, then they would resurface and some of my friends will then respond, cause I have so many good friends now. I do not think there is any reason to be embarrassed by 0 response discussions. It is not naughty to dig up a friend's old zero discussions, it is friendly.

The purpose of your unresolved discussions is to select best responses to those having answers AND to recycle those you had no answers. Look at your discussion - can it be improved a second time around? Reword it and do again. I have and have amazing results. Its remarkable how one or two word changes or deleting a sentence might gather you many responses. Also remember that Mylots readers change daily and new people may now answer what wasnt before. Good luck!

Thanks for this tip. I didn´t know that we could post the same topic twice, one it´s been recycled.

I am lucky in this respect as I don't think I have had any discussions without an answer but then I do not post too many anyway. I prefer to answer than to ask. Perhaps at my age one already knows all the answers? (Hehehe!! Not true!)

I know the feeling yanjiaren. lol Sometimes I also felt embarrassed and surprised. No response, and then I thought, was there something wrong with me that no one cares, no one think my discussion interesting to them? All those feeling of self doubt raising up. Then I thought, maybe I should just play safe by answering other's people discussions instead of starting one. hahaha And then when I had one discussion that lots of people were responding to it, I was also surprised. I thought to myself; why all of the sudden that discussion could attract lots of people, when I have some more others where I thought also worth to discuss as well?! So no response, I feel bad. And lots of response, I was shock (but of course happy).

Well i Too Would Like to Ressurect my Topics That are Unresolved. Whenever u Type a Right Thing,People Don,t Care About it. And Whenever u Type Something Hot,Which Makes Them feel Great. They Just Start Responding Like u r Gonna Pay Them.

Well luckily I've never had one with '0' responses! I've had a couple with just 1 or 2 though! As I have some really good friends who post on my discussions! I shall try and be a better friend to you and will look through your 0 ones to respond lol!

I've replied to a few people's topics that had zero responses before, because I hate to think of them not getting a point for starting their topic. I know that we don't get a point until the first person replies. I used to have some zero response discussions myself, but I was really greatful when some of my friends finally dug them up and replied to them awhile back, lol! I'm sorry that you still have some left :/ I will definitely reply to any if I can! ^_^

I have some discussions like this too. I'm not really sure why they haven't gotten any responses.

I have some discussions also that have no response to them yet. It really doesn't bother me much. I just think there are so many discussions, that maybe it got shoved way down the list because of the new ones that come out daily. I also try and check out the discussions that have no responses. If I can relate to them, I will reply to them also.

Yes I feel horribly embarrassed, and then I think maybe I offended someone or it was just down right uninteresting. Funny that we always think the problem lies with us. I posted 2 that I really thought well that was kind of interesting, the other one was where I needed to share cos I was feeling a bit emotional, and up to now nothing. Some you win some you loose but what is really crazy is the guilt I feel if I don't comment! Sometimes it happens, we have stuff to do and places to go and then there is the time zone factor. But the whole time I think O my I'm sure I missed that one ... and can't wait to go on line and correct my "wrong doing":)
