Temperature

for doing what? any idea, so let me give you example, if i cook some cheescake;) and I would just watch when the top of the cheesecake starts to split abit...and make sure when you take it out, it's not wiggly in the middle. I'd adjust my temp on the oven also..about 25 more degrees downwards than what it calls for...just watch it closely..maybe help you understand???
