what do you perfer a job or a buisness

I prefer to be self employed because I am the boss and I make all the decisions. However, not everybody is cut out to be a business person. Some jobs are excellent, the corporation is great, the salary is good and it has good health benefits; but, I will always want my own business. I am now retired but I have worked for others and myself and enjoyed working for myself better.

not sure, i would love to own my own business, however workin for a boss has benefits to, ie - holiday pay, - sick pay, - superannuation, get to leave job at work place, when you own a business you have to sort all that out for yourself, have to worry about when your next customer comes to you (otherwise you dont eat),you have to deal with the problems of your employees, and if you hate the tax department, well in business you gotta deal with them more often, plus you have to worry about public liability, so i dont know...
