Strange missing Avatar?

This is kind of strange, today I went through all my friends, and then I picked up that my Avatar was not under their "My Friends" They are on my list and the notify tag is on, and I do get an alert that notifies me when they've started a discussion. Quite odd

When in doubt, ask your friends, they will tell you the truth, although my hubby, peaking over my shoulder says "It isn't missing, I see it right there." Of course I had him read the whole message. He thought it odd, as well.

I feel when someone request to be friends with you and you approve then they are in your list of friends but automatically you do not enter their list. For entering someones list you have to request, may be that is the reason you are not in their list.Well I am not sure on that but this could be the reason.

i don't understand..that is very strange..so what exactly is the difference lol? i am a bit groggy with a bunged up nose so i am not with it lol..
