Now I am a size 14 or 16 sometimes, and i used to be a size 12. I go to the gym, eat healthy food and still, i'm not losing the kilos, this perhaps could be because of stress or something. Do you think there is a chance that i am gaining weight because of stress? What do you think?

I think it would depend on if your eating or not while stressed. When Im stressed I dont eat, therefore I loose weight (not a good way to loose weight, though Im also a size 14-16 and used to be a 10-12). You may have excess weight for another reason, if your worried about it see a doctor, it could be a medical problem such as thyroids or as simple as your getting older. But as upi go to the gym, you may be exercising too much and your body mass is mainly muscle, which does weigh more than fat..

I have heard that one of the reason for ganing weight is stress. But if you really go for long walks and do exercises, I think you will loose weight. I don't think stress can have very strong effect on us. The more we get involved into physcal activity, the more easier is to get rid of stress, because when you are going outdoors for walking or running etc, your mind is refreshed and you get out of pressure of stress at least for some time.

I believe stress can help you gain weight - or have problems taking it off. Your body when it's stressed is supposed to go into a mode where it's trying to keep itself safe, which includes - unfortunately - storing food (or fat). Or so I've heard. Plus when you're stressed you sleep less, and less sleep also causes weight gain ...

i think stress doesn't gain weight but if you are stress that make eat a lot, it make you get more fat. You have enjoy with it. You eat 3 times per day but not eat too much. Eat more fruits and vegetables. When you hungry, you eat fresh fruits such as apple,it makes you full. CHEER UP!!!
