My cousin told me a problem about her computer. She cannot sign in on yahoo and even on friendster or any website that she wanted to sign in. Except on yahoo messenger because she can get online. She keeps on asking me what to do. I told her its better to call a technician. She said ok. I posted it here because i wonder if anyone out here on mylot know about this problem. Anybody can you help?

Yes it can get a virus even if it has anti-virus installed on it. Maybe it is not an updated anti-virus or perhaps it doesn't recognize the new virus. I suggest you bring it to me. I charge very cheap. lol

I don't know much about pc trouble shooting but it is possible that her pc has virus. Does it have an anti-virus software? try to scan the hard disk and if doesn't work, you are right, contact a technician.

Yes, that's what i've told her too. Maybe her pc has a virus, but it has an anti virus software. Is it posible that it can also have virus even if it has an anti-virus software installed on it?
