When I'm really sleepy. I don't go to bed unless I'm almost falling asleep. Can be as early as 11pm. Anytime if I'm sick. Latest would be 3am.

We usually go to bed at 11:30 and watch Jay Leno on the bedroom tv till about midnight. If we have to get up really early the following morning, then we usually don't stay up as late, then we might go to bed around 11pm.

Im in bed early I go up about 9:00 and I get into bed and my cat jumps up then I have to brush her and give her some treats. I fall asleep around 11:00.
