Does Texas have waves?

I grew up surfing Hawaii and now live in Texas. Waves are small here. The best I have seen is in Port Aransas...How about you?

I've never near the water in TX (just inland), but I know you won't find waves like in Hawaii unless a Category 5 hurricane is heading there.
