I used to brush once in the morning and once at night, then when I got pregnant, I suffered from Gingivitis, and the dentist recommended that I brush my teeth and use mouthwash after every meal, and so I got into the habit of doing it. Now I brush after every meal, and use mouthwash in a morning and on a night.

f you have teeth that are sensitive to heat, cold, and pressure, you may want to try a special toothpaste for sensitive teeth. But you'll still need to talk to your dentist about your sensitivity because it may indicate a more serious problem, such as a cavity or nerve inflammation (irritation).

Same here. I also rinse my mouth after each meals and sometime uses the tooth pick to remove the substances stuck between the teeth.

for me we must start rubbing the gums and tongue of an infant as early as 3months old. because the milk that the baby sucks can become soiled even if it is in the mouth already. in this way we can prevent the bacteria that can be form by the excess milk in their mouth.
