Quiche recipe?

Does anyone have a quick and easy recipe for quiche? I had the best spinach quiche, and I would love to know how to make it. Thanks.

Here is the easiest I know for a spinach quiche... Spinach Quiche 6 2 packages of chopped spinach (drain well),4 eggs,1 cup of Bisquick,1/2 cup of oil,1/2 cup of grated cheese,Pinch of salt and pepper.Blend together. Grease and flour dish. Cook 375ºF. 1/2 to 3/4 hour. You may also find many different kinds at the following website. Tha ham is my favorite. http://www.basic-recipes.com/r/quiche/index.htm

I found some recipes, try this: Spinach Quiche INGREDIENTS * 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed * 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped (white parts only) * 4 eggs, beaten * 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese * 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese * 1/4 cup crushed croutons DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie or quiche pan. 2. Place spinach in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until soft. Drain off any remaining liquid. Stir in green onions, eggs, cottage cheese and Cheddar cheese. Pour mixture into prepared pan. 3. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crushed croutons. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until eggs are set. =================================================================== Crab and Swiss Quiche INGREDIENTS * 2 egg, lightly beaten * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 1 teaspoon cornstarch * 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, flaked * 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese * 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Mix in the imitation crab and Swiss cheese. Pour into pie shell. 3. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into center of the quiche comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes. ====================================================================== Spicy Sausage Quiche INGREDIENTS * 1 pound bulk pork sausage * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese * 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese * 1/2 cup chopped onion * 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers * 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper * 10 eggs, lightly beaten * 1 teaspoon chili powder * 1 teaspoon ground cumin * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon pepper DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2. Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble. Spread into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, chile peppers, and jalapeno pepper. In a medium bowl, mix eggs with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over contents of baking dish. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares. ============================================================================== Easy Mini Quiches INGREDIENTS * 6 slices bacon, chopped * 1 onion, chopped * 3 eggs * 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix * 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley * 2 cups shredded American cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 mini muffin pans. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon and onion together for about 5 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Drain and set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the baking mix, parsley, shredded cheese, bacon and onion. Spoon into greased muffin cups. 3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the tops are lightly browned. Allow mini quiches to cool in the pan before carefully removing with a small knife or spatula. ====================================================================== Spinach and Carrot Quiche INGREDIENTS * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil * 1 onion, diced * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed * 1/2 cup shredded carrots * 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese * 6 eggs * 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes * 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon pepper * 2 (9 inch) pie crusts DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onion until tender. Mix in the garlic, spinach, and carrots, and cook until the spinach liquid has evaporated. Remove skillet from heat, and mix in cheese and eggs. Season with red pepper, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Pour 1/2 the mixture into each pie shell. 3. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a quiche comes out clean. Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 1 Hour Ready In: 1 Hour 20 Minutes Yields: 6 servings INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1/2 cup milk 4 eggs, lightly beaten 8 ounces shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with foil. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Whisk in eggs. Layer spinach, cheese, and onion in pie shell, making several layers of each. Pour in egg mixture. Place quiche on prepared cookie sheet. Cover quiche with foil. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover, and bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown and filling is set.

broccoli quiche 2 tablespoons butter 1 onion, minced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 cups chopped fresh brocoli 1(9 inch)unbaked pie crust 1 1/2 ups shredded mozzarella cheese 4 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 cups milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper preheat over to 350 degrees over medium heat melt buter in saucepan. Add onions, garlic and broccoli. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until veggies are soft. Spoon into crust and sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper, stir in melted butter. Pour egg mixture over veggies and cheese. bake for 30 minutes or until center is set. Enjoy!!

hmmm,i got in a recipe's site a great spinach quiche recipe,hope you like it too:) Spinach Quiche 3 2 packages of frozen whole leaf spinach One 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 3 eggs Salt and pepper to taste Topping 2 eggs 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Cook the spinach and drain thoroughly. (Squeeze out excess water in spinach.) Mix drained spinach and 8 ounce cream cheese. Beat eggs, salt and pepper and add to spinach mixture. Add Parmesan cheese. Place mixture in 9 inch pie pan. Beat 2 eggs and oil. Pour over top of spinach mixture. Bake in 375ºF. oven for 30-35 minutes. Slice and serve yummy!

hi there this is the recipe which i found out Quiche - Master Recipe Master recipe for quiche. 45 min 15 min prep Change to: quiche US Metric 1 pie crust or pastry crust, parbaked 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 1 cup whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup cheese Preheat oven to 375. Fill parbaked shells and bake until set. Any filling you wish to use. Serve warm or at room temperature
