when do you think is the best season for losing weight?

I think it's winter,because you can keep warm when you take exercises in winter,and you will be in perfect shape when spring and summer come.But, my appetite is always growing in winter..lol what's your opinion?

Well I have been dieting and exersizing like crazy for 15 days now and I have already lost 15 pounds. I think that in the winter there are less chances (after Christmas) for you to be subject to large amounts of food. Wheras in the summer theres alot more Birthdays, theres parties, barbeques... and mostly everyone takes a week off so it's alot harder to control your appetite. Im having a great time right now. And it gives me something to do.

one of my roommates can perfectly control her appetite, she can have nothing but water and milk for a whole week.but it's not good for health anyway

Drinking nothing but water and milk for a week? That's not a good weight loss idea nor is it sustainable.

summer, this is the time that we perspire more, and that is a cheaper way than going to saunas.

I think that the spring/summer is the best time because there are more seasonally fresh fruits and vegetables around, the days are longer so you have more daylight to go outside, and for me it's easier to find fun outdoor things to do when its not so cold. Maybe that's because I like to run and hike...

Most and lots people start to prepare to lose weight in spring season and diet thru spring to summer so they could look good and fit. Especially if they want to go on vacation or to the beach.

yeah... it sucks if someone extremely fat foist herself into bikini on the beach... lol

I think its summer because I tend to feel more hungry and lazy during winter. When you excercise during summer you tend to sweat more and certain things like swimming for example is definitely more fun in the summer and I love swimming.
