I don't use just one site. I use iwon.com search engine, it is the only search engine that I have seen that does this. I type in the photo I am looking for with the word photo behind it and it gives me 4 to choose from. If you add more words it will give you different photos. Example for yours type lips photo, or lip photo etc. I think it is ask jeeves search engine they use.
