Britany lose custody?

People are saying that she might lose custody of her kids if she doesn't settle down. They are fogetting that as long as someone is caring for those children, and Britany can hire people to do that, those there is no need to remove custody and can retain custody no matter how hare she parties.
Do you think her situation should be treated differently and she SHOULD lose her kids? Again. D not repsond as if the court is judging YOU...look at it from the point that she can hire caretakers for her kids. Should she stand to lose custody anyway?

No, her behavior's destructive toward HERSELF, not her children. She needs a chance to straighten up. So I wouldn't take her children away from her, that might make her worse, really.

I don't think she should lose custody. As long as the kids are well cared for their is no reason for her to lose the children. She may party but there is someone who is capable of taking care of the children. It would be like someone trying to take my granddaughter away from my daughter if she went to the bars on the weekends and left the baby with me. (she doesn't though). I think people are making a big deal out of the custody of the kids cause shes famous.

I think she needs help and in the mean time let her kids stay ith the nanny, etc. I don't think "K-Fed" is any better, just lower key at the moment. He's proven he lacks in fathering abilities already, never truly making a difference until he got on the shirt tails of Brittney.
It's a sad situation all around. I honestly think Brittney is suffering from Post Partum Depression.

I don't think that she will lose custody. I d think that she needs help. I really hope she gets it. It would be sad if she were another Anna Nichole.
