well i have been inspired by my father during my childhood or when i stay at home n looking full with stress. According to my father if u keep u r mind free i.e doesn;t think anything then ur mind become lazy n would not work during emergencies. While in the college days my friend motivate me for my work now when i get alone n feel full of stress then i would gona think about my acheivements n thus i get motivated
