Are you sluggish?

I have an incredible amount of energy and can go, go, go all day.

i am sluggish most of the time , i hate it. i blame the fact that i dont tae enough exercise and sometimes eat junk. if i keep away from, the trash i feel much better. i love drinmking tea, well , its better than coffee but i know its not particurly good for me. so what do we do ? have no pleasures in life.

I have been sluggish all day too..but I feel I may have picked up a nasty cold..Got the stuffy nose and the pounding headache..Hope you feel better tomorrow;)_+
