how it irritate

i can't understand when this cold starts and ends,even we use medicine it gives only relief,i think there is no cure for this cold

The common cold has to run it's course (about 10 days?) and there is no cure. The best you can do is take medications to relieve your symptoms (sore throat, stuffy nose, sneezing, etc.) so you can do what you have to do more comfortably.

There is no known remedy for colds. Paracetamol relieves you from cold symptoms but it does not cure colds. Go for prevention rather than cure. It is best that people prevent catching colds by improving their body immunity system---through daily dose of vitamin C, eating citrus fruits and vegetables regularly. Colds are caused by viruses. Since there billions of different cold virus strands, people get colds almost everytime.

Can't it be cured with phenylpropanolamine? I think it's effective. And also lots and lots of water and sleep. You can catch up with your work once you feel better.

There is no cure. That's why you so often hear that people want to find a "cure for the common cold." I personally find it nothing more than a mild nuisance, though.
