i find, tipping business has certainly flourished since our father's time. these days i find ppl expecting tips any where and everywhere. be it in a hospital, hotel, office and even funeral places, we are tipping ppl for getting our work done.

In britain, we tip taxi drivers and waiters, but that's it. Service charges are included in everything, so why pay more?

I don't tip normally but if someone has done a good job then definitely I give him some extra money which I give him out of my wish but if he asks for tip then it is sure he won't be provided with the tip.

No, I don't tip for getting my work done. It is just bribing and spoiling the habit of that person. Think for those people who are unabe to give the tip to get their work done? Also think about those Country and the people where these kind of practices are demoralised (you can say bribing). That's the reason those countries are developing day by day. I strictly not admire this practice. If I am really happy with somebody then I give / present to that person (that is when when my heart and both speaks to do that otherwise not)......
