Just want to dedicate this discussion to all mylot friends who are catholic and to all my kababayan pinoy.
Let us allot time to go to church tomorrow for ash wednesday signifies the start of the coming holy week.
I think mass is between 6am and 6pm not so sure about your church schedule but that schedule is somewhat scynchronize to all churches.

Thank you for the reminder. I am not Roman Catholic but most of my family is. I am actually Anglican, which was the first division from the Roman Catholic church by Henry VIII. He was the King of England and divorced his wife Catherine, to remarry which was not accepted by the catholic church at the time. He started the Anglican Church of England. I live in Canada. My boyfriend is Jewish, so we do go to the synagogue a lot

I really don't know too lol! But I have a calendar from St.jude chapel which is my patron saint that has a mark with catholic events and birthday of saints.

Yes ,Thank you for the reminder, tomorrow i think is like Sunday there is a Mass whole day. This is the beginning of Lenten season for the Catholics. I hope we remember how Jesus Christ sacrifice his Life for US. Let us pray with all our hearts and mind. Let us try to meditate and look back our lives and repent for what we done wrong specially to our fellowmen and to our loved and more importantly to God. God Bless Us All.

Hi smartnrich!
Ash wednesday is a catholic practice in which the ash mark as cross was put on our forehead in able for us to be prepared on the coming holy week there is also fasting and abstinence involve in the said practice.
Kababayan pinoy on the other hand means my fellow filipino friends.

It is still Tuesday in Canada. I am catholic too but don't hate me but i haven't been to church in a while. Thanks for the reminder that it is the beginning of lent. I still believe in everything and I am sure one day I will find my way back to the church.

Hi there my friend linda! Why should I hate you, I still believe that the best time to come on church is when we are physically and emotionally ready and I really know that you are having hard time nowadays and you are amidst some family problem and that explains why you are not yet ready to go back to the church. I really respect you for doing that.

Thank you for the reminder. I forget Ash Wednesday almost every year. This year I'll remember and get ashes. Episcopalians also get ashes on Ash Wednesday so maybe your posting will remind some of them also.

nyway,,,guess the timings wont really be useful to me...our mass is i guess at 7 or 8
