One day i had this craving for pizza, but its late and all i had in the fridge is half loaf small amount of tomato sauce and a chunks of tuna flakes. Fortunately my kids left a small piece of cheese,so i go forward to the kitchen spread and mixed all my ingredients and whala!! There goes my homemade pizza right out of my oven,hmmm...that wasnt taste so bad.

I think it would be pretty good, you could make it so it taste more like a tuna melt. Would be good with pickles, yum! Maybe not for everyone :O)

I like tuna, but have been wondering what else to do with it other than using it in a sandwhich. Using tuna on pizza sounds interesting. I will give it a go one day.

Oooh, I love tuna pizza--made right in my kitchen. I make it often when ordering in isn't possible. I also try using different stuff from the fridge everynow and then...like leftover meat, veggies and pineapple. =)

I agree to that, anything that is cooked right out of the kitchen even pizza or not turns out quite delicious as always..cheers to that!

My family and I usually experiment and try different pizza toppings when we make our homemade pizza. I have to say that the euna Pizza is delicious. I made it with tomato sauce, tuna flakes, and a lot of cheese. You can try adding bell peppers and mushrooms as well.

yeah, right, but if you try to be more experimentive you might create a more wonderful flavor or toppings along with tuna.

I may say almost the same but a little more tastier because of the melted cheese. Me too was a tuna sandwich lover ha ha ha.

I am not sure if I would like tuna pizza so much. I do like tuna and I do like pizza. I just don;t think tuna and tomato base sauce go to gether for my taste. I have a friend who will eat anything I will tell them about this new recipe.

I had a seafood pizza once and didn't care for it. I think I'd pass on the tuna. :)

tuna pizza is really great with white sauce or sour cream topping with mozzarella cheese & lots of white onions & pepper with pineapple chunks to get rid of the stingy smell of tuna. . another great seafood pizza i made was a thick crust pan pizza with shrimps , squid & scallops sauteed in butter & salt , rings of white onions , bell pepper , tomato chunks , olives & load of mozzarella cheese & dash of garlic powder & parmesan after baking !

Yeah and I would adviced that you used tuna flakes in oil(canned),add some fresh herbs such as basil or peppermint for that would bring out the best taste of the ingredient.Enjoy!

Tuna pizza is good, all my kids love it even my son and he doesn't usually eat tuna. If you fancy Tuna pizza with a bit of a difference you could try adding some Sweetcorn (the kids really like that) or... now this might seem really strange but it is actually quite nice... Banana. There just seems to be something that makes Tuna and Banana go quite well together, the first time I heard it was on a TV advert and it was a pregnant woman that wanted it (meant to represent a strange craving I think) but it had me thinking so I tried it out and it wasn't bad at all. If you decide to try it you will have to let us know what you think.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I don't care for tuna, so I don't think that I would like it. I love shrimp, and had that on a pizza, and didn't like that either. I will stick to veggies and loads of cheese on mine. Thanks for the interesting post.

I don't think pizza with fish is a good idea...the fish has such a ....I can't describe it.....appropriate taste for a pizza. It's weird, it's just taste, so it's impossible to describe.
