Is anyone else addicted to MySpace?

Okay, I don't get the whole myspace concept. I'm trying but I just don't get it. Someone explain it to me please? I got the account, I got the profile, I even got a few friends, now what? LOL Guess that says I am not addicted...lol

I done the 12 step MA course LOL I used to be when my boyfriend was sending me stuff all the time but now that we are living together I don't visit it very often other then to check on some of my family members who have accounts

Not me, but my former colleague definitely is. He was based in Kentucky and am here in the Philippines. By the time we wanted to see each others photos, I asked him if he has a friendster account coz that's what's common here in the Philippines and I have lots of photos there. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any and asked me back if I have a myspace account coz he also got lots of stuffs there. Sadly I don't have either so he decided to create me one. I gave him the user name I wanna have and my desired password. And yeah, he really did it in just a matter of a few minutes with teh nice layout and all. He really is a myspace addict!

ARGH, noone can escape the addictiveness of myspace.

I'm hooked. I'm on everyday. I've even downloaded the new MySpace IM thing. It actually alerts you when you have new messages, or comments etc. And the SECOND an alert pops, you know I have to go check who it is. Now my mom has signed up for one. It's just so she can look at other people's pages, but I have a feeling she'll be asking for my help and posting blogs in no time!

Well I got a myspace page. Over time I've gotten a few friends. I've posted some pictures, a couple of blogs and bulletins...I haven't figured out what I would be addicted to..I don't think I know what I am supposed to be doing there... I guess I just don't know what it's all about or somethin...lol

I'm not a fan of myspace. I think their page layouts are incredibly messy, and I get a lot of spam from strangers. It doens't do anything for me. I prefer Linkedin for professional contacts and keeping tabs on people who are important to me. Strangers can't email me there.

I do have a myspace account...its great for customizing your profile...the problem is i am too lazy for that...so i gave a great friend of mine my password and i let her change all she wants lol. I wouldn't say i am addicted though, but i know some friends who are certainly close to that!

I'm addicted to it, mostly because of the music.

I am 50 year old happily married mom. I joined myspace about three weeks ago with the encouragement and assistance of my son. After tweeking my site I went to browse and started asking to be friends with others in my age group. I was amazed at the response I got. I have about 180 friends and the list is still growing. I can not believe the amount people I have so much in common with. It really is addictive. It is a job to just keep up with the communications. I love it. yes I am addicted

No, i have a myspace page but dont use it that often. I prefer bebo.com. I have found so many old skool mates and relatives via bebo - its da bomb!

Me addicted? I would say so. I'm on mylot now and my other computer has my space up. I'm on it all the time.

I am definitely addicted to myspace.com, I dont know why exactly it is so, but they have done good in designing a site that is easy and useable. I cant see myself without a myspace now.

I love myspace! I come in to work every morning and I check myspace within fifteen minutes of turning on my computer. I have a lot of my friends from high school on there and I've met some new people as well. I think it is a great way to keep in contact with people you don't get a chance to see all the time!

Definitely. . .I check my account like every single day. Why is it that I am addicted to this? It is so cool, though. I have found people that I haven't seen in ten years on here. It is cool to see what they are up to now.
