Sleep - When you can't sleep, what will you do?

I am the kind of person that is not easy to sleep. Almost everytime I have to sleep, I always have a lot of think in my mind. So I read the book, or watch the TV until felt a sleep. When you can't sleep, what will you do?

nothing dear i will just watch a boring movie and suddenly i will get sleep . you try this at you are home , then please tell me after this . i promise you that 100% you will get sleep .

Ha ha... I did it sometimes. I have my "boring movie", actually it is not a boring movie, but the funny movie that I've watch before. Because I have know the story, I don't have to keep my eyes open to see the ending, so I got a sleep. This movie now is become my "must have" stuffs.

Sleep comes naturally to me but when I am too stressed out I try working out problems that distract me from my worries that just can't be addressed at that moment.I try solving a sudoku which is a 9X9 mathematical box and by the time I am done with it,I feel sleepy already ,lol.If I am feeling lazy then I might read a good book or listening to soft music till I dose of.

I think you are unmarried though you have less sleep so it is not good for health. However, I also read book when I live alone in bed and cannot sleep easily, I also put some ice from freeze on head. Better result is you take a tea cup then put some mustered oil or rapeseed oil into it and some cold water then fadeup water and oil together and rub this water+oil at middle point on your head sleep will come to you easily. If no mastered oil then can use coconut oil too.
