Don't panic. And check your eyes and condition to doctor. Im sure you will be fine. Maybe he suggest you to use a glasses, or you only lack of vitamins. don't worry too much. i hope you will get well soon.

if it only happens when you are reading for long periods of time, you might think about getting your eyes examined, it could mean alot of different things including needing bifocals or being tested for different eye problems.

You need to go to a doctor, and as well as take up vitamins. Vitamin A is vital for proper functioning of the eye, so it would be good for you to take up vitamin A supplement. Still better you can eat fruits and vegetables that are rich in Vitamin A. Like Carrots, tomatoes, pomegranates and green leafy vegetables. You can look up the net for Vitamin A rich foods. Another thing is practice your eyes. Do not stare at a near object for long. Like while reading a book, take your eyes off the book every 15 minutes and look around long distance views. Lack of sleep may the cause of your headache. or it maybe because of the your straining of your eyes to see clearly without proper corrective glasses. Since you are straining too much, obviously headache will develop. Even though you are doing all these, you need to go to a Doctor. Obviously you need a pair of glasses so that your vision comes to normal.

First of all, how old are you? Is the blurring just when you're reading or even when looking at distances? Or when using the computer for quite a while? My advise for you is to see an eye doctor to at least investigate the source of your problem. So that the proper management can be implemented as soon as possible.

How long do you spend sitting looking at a computer screen? You should try to make sure you take a break from the screen, even if it is only to get a coffee or take a short walk. Sitting too close to the screen, using your computer under bright lights, these can all be the cause of your problem. I would suggest you get your eye sight checked too, maybe you need glasses. Hope this helps
