They keep on asking...

When I respond to a subject they ask if I want to list whatever as a favorite. Frankly I've only been here 4 days & I'm tired of saying NO. I just wish they'd stop asking - I'm NEVER going to have "life" as a favorite, its too general. I wish there was a place to mark "Don't ask this again."

You have only been here 4 days and you have 115 discussion you have made and responded to, that is totally amazing by the way. I agree with you about don't show me this again. Why don't you write contact us and tell them what you feel. I think it is a wonderful suggestion they may be able to integrate.

I agree with this. There should be some sort of default setting that we can turn this feature off. And what is the deal with having two 'health' interest categried? They are spelled the same way but somehow I neded up with two of them in my 'my interests' section and they have a different number beneath them. It seems like the system is a mess.

I'd guess that they might be under 2 different sections of the interests catagories.

Man! I hate it when they do that, it's so annoying. Finally I just started saying yes so they would stop asking if I wanted to list "poliics" or whatever in my interests. Now I have so many interests I can't even manage them. Did you make your "Don't ask again" suggestion to myLot? Please speak up for us little people -- LOL.

I did, maybe if more people asked that'd stir them to do something... hint, hint.

I'm confused as to what you mean here. Who is asking what to be a "favorite"? I'm so sorry you are having problems and I would like to help you with this if you can send me a message and tell me what exactly is going on here. I want to help you if I can. Please explain and send me a message soon. Stephannie

when you respond to a discussion, they ask if you want to add "whatever" to your favorite topic. I'm sorry, but "People" and "Life" are not topics, they should be general subjects that other things are part of. I've writen the "management" and let them know. They are going to consider it.

I've lodged a complaint, maybe if more people did it would stop. I know they use the interests to target their advertizing, but once you say "No" to one, why do you keep have to say "No" to it?
