Do you ever get bored with life it's self?

Sometimes I get so frustrated with how boring life is. It makes me really depressed that my whole life has been meaningless. The past couple days i've been going crazy with this worthless feeling. Does anyone else feel that way every once and a while? What do you do about it?

Yup I've felt that way many times and it sure is depressing. I feel so worthless and that nobody cares for me. I think the most negative thoughts take root when I'm in such a phase. I try to cheer myself up or just cry it out. If I get too bugged with life it helps me to de-stress myself by crying my heart out, then I'm back to normal..lol

I have actually never felt bored with life. I live life with gratitude each day and since i have a big family and lots of relatives, i find so much to do. I also have projects at home or at work that keep life challenging and exciting. If i have too much free time, i meet with my cousins or my sister together with our children and spend time together. There is just so much to do. Read, learn new skills, cook, take care of the kids, play, spend time with friends, study, make new friends...one can actually prevent boredome from setting in by doing a lot of things and by simply having JOY for just being alive.

Well I either go and loose myself in one of my books and shut the world out, I also come on here and read peoples problems and I forget about mine. You want to try that it normally helps me.

I was feeling like that a lot a little bit earlier, but I think I'm more or less past it. First thing you have to do is just soldier on for a while. At first, enduring is just about the only thing you can do, and then you get pretty good at it and you can start dealing with other stuff. Then, personally, I start thinking about life again. Think about your dreams. It doesn't have to be a big extravagant dream - something as simple as hanging out with a friend you haven't seen in a while can be fine. What do you really want to do? Show yourself that achieving dreams is possible. If it's a small-term dream, do it and show yourself that there's still fun stuff to do. If it's a long term dream, I usually find that working on the dream is almost as satisfying as doing it. See if it works for you. Hope I helped.

Before, yes, but when i got married and have kids, I no longer have boring moments at all. I am busy taking care of my kids!
